BUYER'S SELLING EXPENSES :

In addition to the auction price, the buyer will have to pay a purchase commission of 23,6 % TTC. (20% VAT included + 3,6% VAT included on-line sales costs).).

WITHDRAWALS by appointment at the office from Monday 9th April 2022.

Opening days and times: Monday to Friday 8am-12pm / 1:30pm-5pm.

Free storage until 90 days after the sale, following this period, storage fees according to the instructions indicated in the conditions of sale, will be applied.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS :

Due to the fragile nature of some lots in this sale, SELARL CAPPELAERE - PRUNAUX reserves the right not to take charge of the packing and shipping of these lots.

Once the auction has been pronounced, you may contact SELARL CAPPELAERE - PRUNAUX concerning the shipping of your lots.

For the shipment of the lots not taken in charge, you can contact the company MBE Nancy (coordinates below) or any other transport company of your choice.

However, please note that for the batches whose sending is not taken in charge by the SELARL CAPPELAERE - PRUNAUX, no transport company such as DHL, Fedex...obliging the SELARL CAPPELAERE - PRUNAUX to any conditioning for sending, will be accepted.
